 La Closerie once a farm dating from

15th Century, is now a comfortable

residence in the village of St Philbert,

not far from Saumur in the Loire Valley

 We would be delighted to welcome you

the legendary way of life typical of Anjou.

Our home is a charming collection

of traditional limestone buildings

set in a large mature woodland garden.

The Region

A world heritage site listed by UNESCO is world renown for its 

numerous châteaux and stunning 

landscapes. It is also famous for its variety of wines and  gastronomy. Ideal  area for sightseeing or more energetic activities.

 

The self-catering Gîte
This is a spacious apartment situated on the ground floor of the 15th century  house. It comprises of 2 bed-rooms and a large open plan living/dining and  kitchen area. Completely separate with private parking and entrance.
